  2. Be able to create appointments with both research coaches and writing tutors.
  3. Be aware that citation management/content management tools exist, and know how to become proficient with these tools
  4. Navigate a course research guide to find different types of source materials:
    1. Books
    2. Reference Materials
    3. Viewpoint essays
    4. News sources
    5. Journal articles
  5. Construct effective database searches for journal articles.
    1. One idea per line
    2. Separate searches for separate points in paper
    3. Use limiters
    4. Use subject terms
